Shipping Time
Orders to the United States are sent by UPS, FedEx or USPS and arrive 5-7 business days from the day they are shipped. Orders to other international destinations like Canada and Australia may take 7-10 days. We will send you a tracking number by email once the order is shipped so that you can track the delivery of your shipment.

Pre-shipping
Allow 1-3 business days to complete the pre-shipping process. Please note that some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and an additional day for processing may be required, particularly if the manufacturer is located abroad. Bar Globe World begins processing your order immediately, but global time differences and country-specific holidays may sometimes cause a slight delay.
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery to ensure there is no damage. If any items have been damaged, contact us immediately within 48 hours so that we can assist you in the replacement of the damaged part of the order and/or filing a claim with the appropriate carrier. Failure to do so may result in not being able to replace the damaged item(s).
Photographs of the damage will be required.

Back orders are rare at BarGlobeWorld. If a globe bar is shown to be "out of stock," it is only because the manufacturer or distributor is out of stock as well.
In the very unlikely event that neither BarGlobeWorld nor the manufacturer has an ordered item in stock, it will be placed on backorder. We will notify you within 48 hours of order placement and inform you of the expected delivery date if this ever occurs.
Upon notification that an item has been backordered, you will have the option to: wait for the backordered item to be shipped to you; order something else instead to be shipped immediately; receive store credit toward a future purchase; get a full refund.
