This magnificent Italian-made large globe bar cart & serving trolley is sure to make heads turn. Zoffoli’s three generations of globe-making experience are showcased by every feature of this serving cart, beginning with the 20-inch antiquated world globe that is crafted using a time-honored method: authentic reproductions of 16th century maps are fixed to the base sphere in layers to give the globe its superb detail and lovely, classic color.

The hidden storage area inside the antique replica large globe easily holds 12 glasses and 3 to 4 bottles.

In addition to the drinks cabinet located inside the antique-style globe, there is plenty of room for garnishes and accessories on the elongated, intricately-illustrated upper serving tray. The hand-finished water-based color screen printing of the lower base shelf is yet another impressive feature and offers even more room for storing glassware, it even has a specially designed bottle rack to keep your glassware secure.

Combined, the storage areas both inside the large globe and on the impressive trolley are remarkably generous and provide ample space for bottles, decanters, stemware and more.

The sturdy and beautiful hand crafted legs of the large globe bar cart are made from hand turned hardwood that is stained a lovely chestnut color to match the rest of the globe furniture. The large globe bar cart is equipped with casters so that this liquor cabinet can easily be rolled to any location.

The skilled Italian artisans of this large bar globe trolley also made a very similar mid-sized globe bar cart called the Heroic Giasone Bar Cart Trolley (see the related products below). There may be a few subtle differences that give each globe bar cart and serving trolley its own style and distinction, but for the most part the two Italian globe bar trolleys by Zoffoli are nearly identical except for their size.

This large globe bar serving trolley was named Artemide by its Italian manufacturer. In English this is Artemis, one of the most widely venerated of the Ancient Greek deities. Her Roman equivalent is Diana. In the classical period of Greek mythology, Artemis was often described as the daughter of Zeus and Leto, and the twin sister of Apollo. She was the Hellenic goddess of the hunt, wild animals, wilderness, childbirth, virginity and protector of young girls, bringing and relieving disease in women; she often was depicted as a huntress carrying a bow and arrows.

Giasone is Italian for Jason, which may seem like a strange name for a piece of globe furniture. However, the manufacturer named it after the ancient Greek mythological hero Jason, the leader of the Argonauts whose quest for the Golden Fleece featured in Greek literature. We considered naming this globe trolley “Heroic Jason Bar Cart Trolley” but let’s face it, it just doesn’t sound right.

A superbly crafted meridian encompasses the entire world globe, accentuating its elegance and antiquity. The large globe sphere itself rotates along the equatorial meridian both when the Italian globe bar is open and when it is closed.

The liquor cabinet inside the intricately detailed vintage style large world globe provides ample storage space for 3-4 bottles and up to 12 pieces of stemware, while even more glassware can be stored in the specially designed rack on the bar globe’s lower shelf which has been hand screen-printed in water-based colors—an eye-catching feature in itself.

The exquisite spiral-shaped hand turned hardwood legs set this 16th-century replica home bar apart from others even further, and they are even equipped with casters for easy relocation. The legs, meridian, zodiac ring, bottle rack, and base shelf have all been stained a matching chestnut color.

Zoffoli calls this globe bar cabinet Bacco, or Bacchus in English. Bacchus is also known as the god Dionysus in Greek mythology and a very fitting god for our purposes because he is the god of the grape harvest, wine-making and wine, of ritual madness, fertility, theater and religious ecstasy in ancient Greek religion and myth. Wine played an important role in Greek culture, and the cult of Dionysus was the main religious focus for its unrestrained consumption.

We called the Vivalto sleek because it is an Italian globe bar cart with upper and lower wooden serving trays that are sleek, chic and polished, which is in lovely contrast to the ivory-coloured 16 1/2″ medium-sized globe ball itself which features illustrations of sea monsters, mermaids and mythological figures on the globe ball map itself, which is characteristic of all Tre Esse-Firenze Collection world globes.

The northern hemisphere of the bar globe rotates, giving you the chance to get an even better look at the illustrations.

The polished upper tray of the Italian globe bar cart trolley has a subtle groove in it, just enough to assist with serving preparations but not enough to take away from the smooth and glossy appearance of the tray. Additional bottles and glassware can be stored safely on the lower shelf of the trolley cart bar, which is specially equipped with a wooden bottle rack. The base of the globe bar cart that is directly underneath the ivory world globe 18th-century style sphere is illustrated with a lovely wind rose that harmonizes perfectly with the illustrations from the Zodiac on the wooden ring around the equator of the bar globe.

The Vivalto globe serving trolley cart bar will make heads turn when you roll it into a room to serve guests. It also makes a very special gift for anyone who appreciates replica antique furniture and the elegance and sophistication of classic style.

Brimming with Old World elegance, this 16th century nautical floor globe bar exhibits sixteenth-century nautical map replicas from the National Museum of Science in Florence. Every time the hinged sphere is opened at its meridian to access the stemware storage space, guests will be drawn in by the domed ceiling of hand-painted frescoes inside the 16th century nautical floor globe bar.

The creme-colored nautical map of the Sixteenth Century Globe Bar Italian-Style Replica will warm up any room.

The legs of turned hardwood house a beautifully-painted lower shelf and sit atop rolling casters for additional convenience.

Although it is not made in Italy, it is manufactured in the Italian style. First the globe is made, consisting of a cast palmer material similar to resin that allows it to keep its shape. Then for the map, a lithograph printing process is done using acid-free paper. Just as for all globes, the paper is hand cut into what is called gores and hand applied to match the spherical shape of the globe.  This is identical to the process that is used in Italian globe making and is quite difficult since a map that is a two-dimensional sheet of paper must be attached to a three-dimensional, round object.

Stemware storage capacity of the bar globe cabinet
– Inside the globe itself, each of the two stemware slots is 3 inches wide and 19 inches long along the curve. The center opening for bottle(s) is 8 inches in diameter.
– The oval-shaped openings for bottles on the bottom shelf are 9.5″ – 10″ wide and 6″ – 6.5″ deep.

– Made in: China
– Brand: Design Toscano

The hidden mini bar inside the medium globe sphere itself can store up to 9 glasses and 2 or 3 bottles inside the inner bar compartment. When ajar the bar globe storage area exposes a lovely inner dome of frescoes featuring more illustrations. The northern hemisphere of the bar globe rotates, giving you the chance to get an even better look at the illustrations.

This vintage-style globe bar cabinet has additional bottle storage space on the lower shelf, in addition to the bar storage inside the medium size world globe. The veneered base shelf and ring encompassing the equatorial line of the ivory globe are sleek and simple, in lovely contrast to the detailed and light ivory color of the globe map.

The floor stand of the globe bar drinks cabinet has turned hardwood legs and is fitted with wheels for easy mobility. This globe drinks cabinet is the perfect example of the quality craftsmanship by Zoffoli that has been handed down from son to son for generations.

Zoffoli named this globe bar Vanesio, which left us a bit confused. According to all dictionaries, Vanesio translates into English as “vain.” So we decided to consider that to simply mean “proud” (though we are not sure).

This extra large floor standing globe bar model is the crown jewel of Zoffoli’s classic collection and our number one bestseller. The impressive 24-inch true replica 16th-century world globe opens at the hinges and features a calibrated meridian that surrounds the entire majestic antique style extra large globe ball to complete the impact of its grandeur.

The solid beech wood floor stand and equatorial zodiac ring of the Grand Throne Room extra large floor standing globe bar cabinet is hand stained a lovely chestnut color.

The interior home bar inside the 16th-century world globe reproduction contains storage for approximately 6-8 bottles and 16 pieces of stemware.

The finely detailed 16th-century map featured on the floor standing globe bar is an accurate reproduction drawn by master cartographers and does Zoffoli’s “made in Italy with love” slogan on this XL floor globe bar due justice. The beautifully illustrated inner dome of the vintage style Italian floor globe bar serves as the ceiling for the drinks cabinet within the world globe and provides a wonderful view of colorful frescoes when opening the rotating bar globe sphere.

The extra large floor globe bar sphere of this old world globe reproduction furniture rotates both when the bar globe is open and closed. When the vintage globe liquor cabinet is open, the two halves of the globe ball rotate independently.

The handcrafted beech hardwood floor stand of the drinks cabinet is fitted with “hidden” casters that are nearly flush with the floor so this true vintage replica bar globe can be easily moved from room to room. This piece of vintage globe furniture art makes an extraordinary centerpiece in any tasteful room and, in our opinion, even resembles a throne when ajar.

This chestnut-stained and classic color Grand Throne Room floor-standing bar globe was named Demetra by the Italian manufacturer, or Demeter in English. She is the Olympian goddess of the harvest and agriculture, according to ancient Greek mythology. Demeter also presided over the sacred law and the cycle of life and death, and she was a central figure Eleusinian Mysteries, a religious tradition that predated the Olympian pantheon, along with her daughter Persephone. Demeter was often considered to be the same figure as the Anatolian goddess Cybele, and she was identified with the Roman goddess Ceres.

Some customers may look at the photos and think that there’s something missing, and they would be correct. There used to be a tiered glass holder in the middle of the interior bar area. However, the manufacturer decided the Grand Throne Room globe liquor cabinet would be better without it because it was fragile and damaged easily.

This lovely bar globe is also available in mahogany color with gold leaf foil trim.

The Pegasus Antique Globe Bar Replica was named after Pegasus.

This lovely floor-standing medium-sized old world antique globe bar replica was named Pegaso by the Italian manufacturers, which is, of course, Pegasus in English. Pegasus is a mythical winged divine horse, and one of the most recognized creatures in Greek mythology. Usually depicted as pure white, Pegasus is the offspring of the Olympian god Poseidon.

This vintage-style globe bar cabinet has additional bottle storage space on the lower shelf, in addition to the bar storage inside the medium globe. The base shelf is equipped with a bottle holder that will keep your glassware secure.

It is also illustrated with a beautiful wind rose that is aesthetically harmonious with the illustrations from the Zodiac on the ring around the equator of this piece of bar globe furniture.

A wind rose is a graphic tool used by meteorologists to give a succinct view of how wind speed and direction are typically distributed at a particular location. Presented in a circular format, the modern wind rose shows the frequency of winds blowing from particular directions over a specified period

– The oval-shaped openings for bottles on the bottom shelf are 9.5″ – 10″ wide and 6″ – 6.5″ deep.

The interior home bar inside the 16th-century world globe reproduction contains storage for approximately 6-8 bottles and 16 pieces of stemware.

The finely detailed 16th-century map featured on the floor-standing extra large globe bar is an accurate reproduction drawn by master cartographers and does Zoffoli’s “made in Italy with love” slogan on this floor-standing bar globe due justice.

This mahogany and gold foil leaf trim Grand Throne Room floor-standing bar globe was named Afrodite by the Italian manufacturer, or Aphrodite in English. According to Greek mythology, Aphrodite is the Greek goddess of love, beauty, pleasure, and procreation. She is identified with the planet Venus – her Roman equivalent is the goddess Venus.

Some customers may look at the photos and think that there’s something missing, and they would be correct. There used to be a tiered glass holder in the middle of the interior bar area. However, the manufacturer decided the Grand Throne Room globe liquor cabinet would be better without it because it was fragile and damaged easily.

This beautiful bar globe is also available in a lovely chestnut-stained color.
